The House
…is 40 years old, very comfortable and with many benefits including dishwasher and Sky television. There are 2 double bedrooms both with double beds and 1 single bedroom. The first floor bathroom has a full-sized bath, loo and wash basin. The ground floor cloakroom has a walk-in shower, loo and wash basin. The water is heated via an electric immersion heater.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob and microwave. There is a washing machine and dishwasher.

There is no air conditioning within the house, but closing the shutters during the day keeps the house cooler, and there are electric fans for use during the warm nights. Outside space includes a courtyard rear garden, well-established plants and shrubs with seating and dining space beneath a covered terrace, absolutely ideal to enjoy your al-fresco meals. The top terrace has seating and a sea view.

There is a large communal swimming pool set within landscaped gardens enjoyed by the urbanization, which is open from May until October.

Beach chairs and a parasol are provided, but you may prefer to hire one of those lovely comfy sun beds and laze facing the sea under the shade of the woven rattan umbrellas – utter luxury! Most beaches have popular “chiringuitos” – wooden beach bars providing a whole range of refreshments and local delicacies.
